The sale will be considered final 30 days after the announcement. Once announced, if you cannot attend the new date, the ticket purchaser has 30 days to request a refund. Refund Policy for Postponed Shows: For events that have been postponed, the original tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. You must have your ticket and original credit card used to purchase your ticket when requesting a refund. If the tickets were purchased at the Hard Rock Event Center Box Office, you can receive your refund by visiting the Box Office or Rock Shop during normal business hours. If the tickets were purchased online through Ticketmaster, this will be done automatically by Ticketmaster and no action is required. Refund Policy for Cancelled Shows: Tickets for all canceled shows will be refunded at point of purchase.
